Almost all automotive engines require a circulating
liquid to remove the excess heat. Although water is an effective heat transfer
liquid it has major shortcomings to become an engine coolant
- •It boils at a very low
temperature ( 100°c )
- •It freezes also at
relatively high temperature ( 0°c )
- •It is highly corrosive
and damages all engine metals especially alluminium when at high
temperature.
These problems make it imperative to use proper
Antifreeze coolant in engine cooling system for a complete trouble free
operation of the vehicle.
The popular belief of usefulness of coolant is:
Liquid when mixed with water and used in automotive cooling system
prevents overheating of the engine. In olden times this definition was fairly
adequate.
The present days’ automotive engines, however, demand much more
from Coolant. The chemistry or technology of antifreeze coolant has therefore
undergone a sea change with the continuous improvement & modernization of
automotive engineering.
Golden Cruiser has always been the pioneer & in the forefront
of such technological evolutions in antifreeze coolant chemistry worldwide.
